Blueberry-Lime Super Smoothie

Hi Friends! Wow! It has been a very hot week for us here in Santa Barabara! Our family has been all about the smoothies this week for breakfast, lunch and even dinner. I have a really wonderful and vibrant flavor for you today in this power packed, nutrient dense, nourishing smoothie. As always, feel free to make your own tweeks to make it your own!

Blueberry-Lime Super Smoothie (makes 16 oz)


Ingredients:


· 1 cup coconut or almond milk

· ½ cup water

· 1 cup frozen wild blueberries

· ½ frozen banana

· 1 persian cucumber

· ¼ avocado

· Small handful fresh mint

· Juice of 1 lime

· 1-2 Tbsp chia seeds

· A few drops vanilla stevia (optional)


Directions:


1) Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender and blend until creamy.

2) Enjoy!
